Wanke House, Munich
Use of the existing building fabric, doubling of the floor area, addition of joint areas
Extension and energy efficiency improvements at a residential house of the 1960s. The existing building fabric with its fragmented floor plan is preserved. A two-story hall and new roof with different orientation is added.
