Densification Gropiusstadt-South

Potential analysis of adaption an coexistences of densications structures

The existing building fabric is in principal received positively. This point of view allows to use an architectural stock as a possibility of inspiration and an impetus for a further development. Gropiusstadt has a specific identity, which can be realised and strengthened by the added measures. In this way something new is emerging. The beauty of the regarded urban form can be made visible by the creation of spatial angels, by a higher differentiation of the exterior spaces and by the installation of a social infrastructure.
