Existing architecture and the history of use become the material for the redesign
Not invasive but pragmatic. Clarification, integration and further development of the existing. Dismantling to the original room plan. Maintenance of von equipment details. Marble, linoleum, door handles and steel windows are cleaned and repaired. Stair railings and window areas keep their industrial character. Additional interior windows let in the light into the deep housing unit.
